1. The roofing contractor shall install five (5) 100' rows of RUSS strip and 6" cover strip at 5' intervals along the Southern portion of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy Firing Range roof. 2. The rows will be spaced at 5' on center intervals starting at the base of the South parapet wall running East to West every 5'. 3. Clean the roof surface of all dust, dirt and debris with Weathered membrane cleaner and prime as needed. 4. The Russ strips will be fastened at 12" on center using 5" screws into the metal roof deck. 5. Install a 6" wide pressure sensitive epdm cover strip membrane centered over the installed Russ strip. 6. Seal any cut edges with lap sealant tooled to a water-tight finish with coverage on the cut edge of the cover strip. *Any necessary permits shall be obtained by contractor at contractor's expense.
