Flagstaff County is seeking tenders for Hauling and Unloading of approximately 130,000 tonnes of 4:20 spec Gravel. The haul will include Part A and Part B, both hauls will be combined in a single contract. The Successful Tenderer shall be required to furnish at its own expense a Performance Bond and Labour and Materials Payment Bond. The Performance Bond shall remain in force as a Maintenance Bond for the Warranty Period as defined in the Contract The Bonds are to be issued by a Surety Company licensed in the Province of Alberta and satisfactory to the County in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
