The scope of work for this project will be the demolition and removal of all existing induction units and controls; the removal of damaged and discontinued ceiling tile and grid assembly, along with noted fluorescent and incandescent light fixtures. The new installation will include the installation of new induction units and their controls, repainting elements impacted by the induction unit replacement, installation of new VAV diffusers, installation of new LED light fixtures, new ACT ceiling grid and tiles as indicated on the drawings and architectural modifications required to complete the scope, and any other items required in the contract documents Georgia State University is looking renovate the existing HVAC system on the 10 th floor of the One Park Place Building located on campus. to demolish and remove of all existing induction units and controls. This project will also consist of the removal of damaged and discontinued ceiling tile and grid assembly, along with noted fluorescent and incandescent light fixtures. The delivery method for this Project will be design-bid-build and, as a minimum, will employ the services of a Design Professional in addition to the services of the General Contractor. The Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) for this project is $1,240,000.00. The final SCL may be revised by the Owner due to final programmatic requirements, funding availability or other circumstances.
