The contract is to perform all services and work in accordance with the contractual documents. Without limitation, the scope of services includes: Maintenance of washroom 2 times a day; Take out the containers for the different collections; Maintain and clean containers and the waste room; Make repairs to gypsum including painting; Maintain the land; Moving and assembling office furniture; Wash windows; Maintain kitchens and cafeteria (Oasis); Shovel; Perform seasonal tasks; Building rooms; Respond to tickets (service requests) open to employees; Part of the building’s emergency measures; Perform door hardware repairs; Perform maintenance and repair work as requested by the Stewardship team; 2.1 Subject to the conditions set out in the tender documents, the initial contract is for a period of three (3) years, running from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027.
