Bid date notes: Each proposer will submit the proposal enclosed in a sealed envelope marked Request for Proposals: Detail Design for the Reconstruction and Widening of McCormick Road. Enhancing pedestrian accessibility with the addition of a pedestrian access route. Improving roadway capacity and safety through lane widening and new turn lanes. Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations related to the nearby stream and wetland. Implementing stormwater management practices to mitigate impacts on local water resources. Developing detailed plans compliant with ADA, PROWAG, and CITY Standards. Preparing design and construction documents, including estimated construction cost. Subject to funding, property acquisition and environmental permitting timelines, construction is anticipated as early as 2027.
