The project includes the following scope of work: 1. Removal of Existing Roofing Complete removal of existing asphalt shingles. Proper disposal of removed materials Landfill fees can be waived upon request. 1. Subsurface Repair: Inspect and repair any damaged subsurface materials as needed. Provide cost per square foot for replacement of damaged sheeting. 1. Installation of New Underlayment 2. Ice and Snow Shield: Installation of ice and snow shield in all necessary areas 3. Flashings: Replacement of existing flashings where required. 4. Penetration Boots and Flashings: Installation of new penetration flashings Reinstallation of Snow Melt System: Removal and reinstallation of existing system Carbon County is soliciting bids for the reroofing of 30 year architectural asphalt shingles at the Carbon County Recreation Office Building at 450 S Fairgrounds Way, Price, UT 84501. All work must be completed by the end of 2024 For further information please call Commissioner Martines at 435-636-3271 Carbon County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality of any bid, and to select the bid which in the opinion ofthe County provides the best product, warranty and/or service to the County.
