Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Morrow, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,130-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Lake City is soliciting bids from prospective contractors to perform improvements. Work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services for the construction of the 2130 SF City Hall building expansion and corresponding site improvements. A prebid meeting will not be held for this project. Scope includes items associated with site work, drainage, utilities, parking lot, and building construction. Questions must be emailed to Susan Crutchfield no later than November 15, 2024. Response to questions will be provided no later than November 19, 2024. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of Bids or until the Bidder is notified by the City whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and formalities.
