Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.

Work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services for sidewalk and other related improvements for Huie Road. Scope includes items associated with traffic control, grading, erosion control, sidewalk construction, striping, retaining walls, pedestrian bridge, utilities and other related construction items. Questions must be emailed to Susan Crutchfield no later than November 15, 2024. Response to questions will be provided no later than November 19, 2024. A pre bid meeting will not be held for this project. This project is funded or partially funded by the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) program through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is subject to compliance with funding agency regulations. No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of Bids or until the Bidder is notified by the City whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and formalities.
