Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Victoria, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The allocation for this total project is $40M. Request for Proposals Victoria County will be accepting sealed Statements of proposal (SOP) for Design/Build Services for an inpatient mental health facility located in Victoria County, Texas. Construct a new inpatient mental health facility with up to sixty (60) beds in Victoria County, Texas, with at least 50 percent (50%) forensic capacity. Bids shall include all requirements to be considered. The method of payment shall be from current Operating Funds. Proposals shall be based on lump sum fixed pricing and must include all materials, labor, permits, fees, bonds and insurance. No statement may in any way qualify, modify, substitute or change any part of the instructions to respondents. Victoria County reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time, to reject any and all statements or proposals, and to award this solicitation for proposals to the proposer that offers the best value to the County, taking a weighted evaluation into consideration. as set forth in this RFP or other procedure under the Texas Local Government Code.
