The City of Thunder Bay requires hand shoveling, snow plowing/piling, hauling of snow and application of winter control material at Water Street Bus Terminal which is owned and operated by the City of Thunder Bay. The City will reserve the right to make changes to the level of service and requirements throughout the term of the contract and any subsequent renewals. The City of Thunder Bay is requesting bids for hand shovelling, snow plowing/piling, hauling of snow and winter control services as outlined in this RFT for the Water Street Bus Terminal (includes all roadways, walkways, platforms, island, and entrance ways).
