Site work for a civil project in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes but is not limited to repairing and rehabilitating the interior of 29 sanitary manholes and 2 storm manholes using spray on coatings, along with associated traffic control, testing and site restoration. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final. Question Deadline 10/31/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
