This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Columbiana, Alabama. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Furnishing Shelby County for a period of six months. Material to be fumished as indicated on price sheets. Materials to be furnished in such quantities as may be ordered. All materials furnished shall conform to the requirements of the Shelby County standard specifications for highway construction, current edition, and supplemental specifications and special provisions in effect at time of bid opening. If you have any questions concerning bid specifications, please contact Janice Phillips at jphillips@shelbyal.com. The period of this contract will be for one hundred eighty (180) days from date bid is awarded. This contract may be renewed for up to three (3) years from the initial award date upon the agreement of both parties. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in awarding this bid to the lowest responsive bidder. Bidders are to state that bids submitted are firm and that no claims for errors will be made after bids are opened and subsequent thereof.
