Building A106 demolition 1101 Johnson Dr. , McGregor, TX Demolition of 8000' sq. ft building A106 with known asbestos siding. All NESHAP regulations to be followed by selected contractor. All notifications and reporting to The Texas Dept. of Health will be handled by the selected contractor. Building is unsafe to enter. Building should be bulldozed and all material will be treated as hazardous and disposed of by contractor at an appropriate landfill. Concrete foundation can be left at site. Trees can be dozed and left onsite. Copies of all official paperwork to be submitted to City. Work should be completed within 60 days of bid award. Performance and Payment bonds are to be provided to the City prior to work starting.
