Renovation of a water / sewer project in Falkville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Project Includes the Following Work: the Replacement of a Dri-prime Pump, Valve Vault, Wet Well Appurtenances, and Electrical Utilities at the Apple Lift Station. Replacement of a Generator at the Hwy-31 Lift Station. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, or to Reject Any or All Bids, Andto Award the Contract to the Best and Most Responsible Bidder. All Bidders Shall Submit, Upon Request, a List of Projects successfully Completed in the Last 2 Years, Having a Similar Scope of Work and Approximate Construction Cost as Specified in This Project. All Bidders Mustcomply With Requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and Be Certified for the Type of Work on Which the Proposal Issubmitted. Each Bidder Must Deposit, With His Bid, Security in the Amount, Form, and Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All questions or comments must be received by 12:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 30th, 2025. You can email your questions or comments to jim.barre@gmcnetwork.com. Appropriate responses will be issued only to those items considered necessary by the Engineer via an addendum. A pre-bid conference will be conducted for this Project
