Scope consists of exterior envelope restoration, MEP/FP infrastructure, interior accessibility, code and life safety compliance and selective interior modernization. This is the second posting seeking Trade Qualifications for; Elevator Trade Contractors. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
