This RFP states the instructions for submitting proposals, the specifications for the work, and the procedure and criteria by which a Contractor may be selected. Project must be completed within 90 calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Please note that additional time may be authorized at the discretion of the Director of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources only if the successful bidder can demonstrate that supply chain conditions impact the delivery of the contracted items. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids, award the agreement, interview bidders, negotiate the specific terms of the agreement and make other adjustments as required in consultation with the successful Contractor(s).
