To provide Lawn and Ground Maintenance services for the NC Department of Transportation, Support Services Unit, Central District 4 (Asheboro, Siler City, and Sanford) NC. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a qualified Vendor to provide Lawn and Ground Maintenance services for the NC Department of Transportation, Support Services Unit, Central District 4 (Asheboro, Siler City, and Sanford) NC. The contract shall consist of an all-inclusive lawn and ground maintenance service including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to keep the subject State lawn and grounds properly maintained. The purpose of this solicitation is to award an Agency Term Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the first day of the month following the date of final Contract execution. In addition, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term.
