Owner will receive emailed lump sum bids Bidders' Questions: All bidder questions shall be submitted in writing to Daniel Liggett at REA. dliggett@reasite.com. Questions will be answered via Addenda only. All questions must be issued via email to Daniel Liggett by, October 11, 2024, at 3:00pm. A final addendum is expected to be issued by October 14, 2024. Project Location: 250 White River Parkway, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222 Site pavements, veneer walls, overlooks, foundations, electrical, sewer utility installation, site pavements, and landscaping per construction documents. Bids shall be accompanied with a certified check made payable to White River State Park Development Commission or an acceptable Bidders Surety Bond in a specific amount not less than 5% of the Base Bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and waive any and all informalities, whether or not the Bids comply with the prescribed requirements. The Owner may consider the qualifications and experience of subcontractors and other persons and organizations (including those who are to furnish the principal items of material or equipment) proposed for those portions of the work for which the identity of subcontractors and other persons or organizations must be submitted as specified in the "Information for Bidders". It may conduct such investigations as it deems necessary to establish the responsibility, qualifications and final ability of the bidders, proposed subcontractors, and other persons and organizations to do the work in accordance with the Contract Documents to Owner's satisfaction within the prescribed time. The owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any, or all, Bidder(s). The successful Bidder shall furnish to the Owner an approved one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond (Indiana Form 86A). This bond shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance of the work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any technicalities relative to bidding.
