Description 1. Equipment to be furnished. 2. Furnish one (1) shop assembled, water tube package boiler, complete with appurtenances and accessories as outlined below to provide the rated capacity with a maximum NOX level of 30ppm. All main boiler parts and accessory items for each unit must be located for easy attendance at the front of the boiler. All components that will be in contact with the steam should be rated for 300 psig and 500F. 3. The boiler manufacturer shall be responsible for the correct wiring and piping of the system. They shall coordinate the work described below to ensure a completely operational system when the project is complete. Piping between panel and valve rack and between valve rack and boiler; insulation of piping provided; wiring between terminal blocks on control panel and boiler, wiring of fans, shall be provided by the boiler manufacturer. All field installations shall be performed by licensed pipefitters and electricians and inspected by the authorities having jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. 4. It is the intent of this specification that only the following will be done on site by the Installing Contractor. a. Installation of boiler and valve rack housekeeping pads. b. Rigging of boiler, control panel, valve rack, non-wind box mounted FD fans. Rigging of boiler, control panel, valve rack, non-wind box mounted FD fans. c. Installation of the Burner. d. Installation of hte Forded draft fan. e. Provide and installation of the Forced draft fan VFD. f. Connection of boiler g. Installation of feedwater control valve bypass valves. h. Installation of the Fuel supply lines to valve rack. i. Installation of the Air supply to control panels. j. Installation of the Electrical connections to panels.
