Culinary Arts Room Renovation at West Morris Mendham High School Public notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the West Morris Regional High School District (the "District") for the Culinary Arts Room Renovation at West Morris Morris Mendham High School - PSA Commission Number 9538WMM-Culinary (the "Project"). The District will award a single contract for the entire Project. Therefore, bids are to provide a lump sum price for the entire Project--all trades, all inclusive. Bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction ("DPMC") in one of the following trades: C008 - General Construction C009 - General Construction/Alterations/Additions Bidders shall also either be prequalified for, or include documentation for prequalified subcontractors for the following trades: C030 - Plumbing C047 - Electrical Pursuant to N.J.S.A 34:11-56.48, et seq., bidders and their subcontractors are required to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and to possess a current Certificate by said Department indicating compliance prior to the time and date that bids are received.
