The Work Will Consist of Interior and Exterior Painting Services Throughout the County of Santa Clara. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. The Contractor is responsible for uploading the bid to Periscope and ensuring that the original Bid Bond is received in-office by the due date indicated above. Bidder's Security Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by Cash, a Certified or Cashier's Check, or a Bond in the Sum of Not Less Than 10% of the Total Aggregate of the Bid Price, Including All Additive Bid Items. the Check or Bond Must Be Made Payable to "the County of Santa Clara." Bid Bond: the Original Bid Bond Shall Be Mailed/delivered and Addressed to: County of Santa Clara - Procurement Department Attn.: MINOR PUBLIC WORKS program; Teresa Cox, Procurement Officer 130 W.
