Water and Wastewater Facility Liquid Chemical Feed Pump Maintenance In accordance with Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code, NBU will award the contract issued in connection with this RFP to the respondent whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to NBU considering the relative importance of price and the other evaluation factors described herein. NBU reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the proposal or portions of the proposal determined to be the most advantageous to NBU considering the relative importance of price and the other evaluation factors included herein, and hold the proposals for a period of 120 days without taking action.
