All roadways are to be swept with a motorized power sweeper that shall spray water for dust control. All millings from sweeping must be stored in a container or truck and removed from site daily. Before a lane is to be open to traffic, the lane must be thoroughly swept. 5. No millings are to be left on site. 6. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all utilities mark outs before proceeding with milling operations. 7. No separate payment will be made for the removal of raised pavement markers that have been installed in the roadways. Any raised pavement markers shall be removed from site by the contactor. 8. The successful contactor shall supply milling machine with a minimum drum size of 6 foot 6 inches that is no more than five years old. The successful contractor must also supply all equipment (sweeper, air compressor, loader, backhoe, etc.) and are in good working condition. 9. All bidders shall submit with their bid a complete certified list of all required equipment by the plan specifications. If the bidder is not the actual owner or lessee of the equipment the bidder shall supply the source from which the equipment is being obtained and a certification from the owner of the equipment that the bidder has control of the equipment during the course of the contract. 10.All operators shall be thoroughly experienced workmen completely familiar with industry standards in the operation of milling equipment.
