Renovation of a municipal facility in Campbell River, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) of the Ministry of Forests is seeking proposals from Proponents to provide all materials, equipment and labour necessary to construct a new triple wide truss roofing system above the existing roof of the trailer ensuring water will flow down the side of the trailer and avoid pooling on current roof. The successful respondent is responsible for designing architectural and structural truss roof design. Construction of truss roofing system above 3-wide trailers. Included: o Architectural and Structural truss roof design as per specifications by licensed Architect. For further detail of scope refer to attached drawings and pictures. o Removal of exterior sheathing as required o Construction & Installation of new wood truss roofing system (torch down asphalt type) o Installation of sheet metal flashings and roof drains o Insulation in roof as required o Inspections & Building permits o Disposal of all surplus materials The anticipated term of this contract is from final contract execution date to March 31, 2025 inclusive.
