Site work for a water / sewer project in Aubrey, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 7,665 LF of 8" PVC waterline, 9,127 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer, and 3,385 LF of 30" RCP to 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Denton County Municipal Utility District No. 6 specifications to serve 193 lots on approximately 59 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of Bryan Road & F.M. 1385 in City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. The deadline to ask questions is 10/31/2024 10:00 AM CST
