No definite date for the rebid.** Installing Standby Generators at 12 Sewer Lift Stations Install SCADA and Pump Controllers at 12 Sewer Lift Stations and Associated Wiring SCADA Upgrades at the Walnut Creek WWTP Prequalification of Bidders is not required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities The completion of work shall be counted from the specified start date in the Notice to Proceed and will be as follows: 548 calendar days. All work shall be completed by this time (Contract Completion Time). However, once the contractor has mobilized and any work on site has commenced, all work shall be completed within 150 calendar days (Project Completion Time). In other words, work can be completed anytime during the 548-day Contract Completion Time, but once work commences, all work shall be completed within 150 days (Project Completion Time) even if overall Contract Completion Time remains.
