Attorneys-in-fact who sign Bid Bonds or Payment Bonds and Performance Bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney. The contract time for the work included in this contract is One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications will be issued by Addenda mailed to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Only answers to questions by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
