Reference number: 20025092 Deadline for receipt of complaints; 2024-10-28 This project involves the construction of seven (7) service connections for future residential buildings on Montée du Comté, in the Municipality of Les Coteaux. The work will be carried out on the street owned by the municipality of Les Coteaux, up to the right-of-way of the lots served. The work covers, among other things - Site organization and security; - Temporary signage (obstructions, detour road, etc.); - Excavation, sanitary and storm water management; - Removal of existing paving; - Excavation, backfill and management of excess materials; - Service connections (sanitary, storm and drinking water); - Pavement foundation and sub-base; - Asphalt paving (temporary and permanent); - Repair of damaged surfaces; - Recharging of shoulders; - Environmental preservation. The work will be located on Montée du Comté, in Les Coteaux. Work will extend from approximately 300 Montée du Comté to Rue Adrien-Rouleau. The schedule for completion of this detailed mandate is as follows: - Contract awarded November 18, 2024; - Work to be completed by December 20, 2024, with temporary paving; - Final paving to be completed by June 30, 2025. * Award is subject to final approval.
