South Ellen Drive Sidewalks A Certified or Cashier'scheck, or an Acceptable Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Fivepercent (5%) of the Total Bid Shallaccompany Each Bid as a Guaranty That, if Awarded the Contract,the Bidder Will Promptly Enter Into Contract With the City of Dequeen, Arkansas and Furnishbonds on the Forms Provided. The Successful Bidder or Bidders Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance and Paymentbond, Each in the Amount of Thecontract, Written by a Responsiblesurety Company Authorized to Dobusiness in the State of Arkansas That is Satisfactory to the Owner. The time of completionshall be 180 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. An Arkansas Contractor's License is not required to bid the job, however at the time the contract is signed, the Contractor must be licensed. The City of Ashdown,arkansas Reserves the Right Toreject Any or All Bids
