The project goal is to a select a contractor who has a proven construction track record to build a finished structure which meets the requirements of an essential services building and functional fire station. in the Town of New Milford. Question Submission Deadline January 3, 2025, 8:00am Question Response Deadline: January 9, 2025, 5:00pm This project includes renovating the approximately 5,940 square feet existing fire station, expanding it by approximately 8,250 square feet. When complete, the building should represent a finished structure and meet the requirements of an essential services building. The Town desires a metal building with a life span of more than twenty (20) years, constructed of materials that present a pleasing appearance yet require low levels of maintenance, and afford reasonable security for the occupants and the property contained therein. The contractor shall include a 20 year warranty.
