Bids will be awarded publicly Monday, December 9, 2024, in Commissioners' Court. Kerr County is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards. Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals. Bid Prices to be in effect January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. If, during the bid term of January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, Kerr County Road and Bridge (KCRB) is notified, in writing, of a price increase, KCRB may consider another bidder as the new "low bidder".
