Reference number: 20024168 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-01 Centre de services scolaire de la Pointe-de-l'Île is inviting tenders for the replacement of the water tower at École Daniel Johnson. The Contractor will be able to mobilise on the work site from 2025-06-27. The start date is 2025-01-06. The date for taking possession before the end of the work (anticipated) for this project is 2025-08-15. The date of acceptance of the work, with reservations, is 15 October 2025. This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than 05 November 2025, i.e. 21 days following the date of acceptance of the work with reservations. Unconditional acceptance of the work is scheduled for 04 January 2026, i.e. sixty (60) days following the end of the deadline for correcting the deficiencies. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
