The Little Elm Independent School District ("LEISD" or "District") invites qualified vendors to submit proposal responses for Little Elm ISD - Lakewood Village ES Furniture Package #1 Classrooms in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. Proposal responses will only be received before the time and date indicated. Proposal responses may also be referred to as "bids" herein. FURNITURE VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR: Verification of all quantities and finishes of each item prior to presenting a proposal and prior to any order entry. Pricing each item with all components necessary to complete the items. Coordinate installation with General Contractor, LEISD, and Corgan. Including but not limited to: Identifying, advising, and/or verifying power locations in coordination with the furniture specified. Field Verification of thermostat and light switch locations prior to ordering any wall mounted items. Attending construction and other coordination meetings, as required. Field verification and documentation of critical architectural dimensions, for example columns, niches, sill height, elevator cabs. Protecting the site from damage due to vehicles and/or installation. Advising and providing lead times, ship dates, and delivery dates before order entry and after ordered is placed, as well as provide updates as status changes. Updating Corgan and LEISD if any textiles and/or finishes are a lead time issue, so that substitutions can be identified by Corgan or LEISD in a timely manner. Performing a punch walk through of the completed project with Corgan and LEISD. Providing a punch list document to Corgan and LEISD, including but not limited to: Identified Issues and Proposed Resolution Estimated Completion Date Product Required and Estimated Arrival Date PROJECT LOCATION: 100 STOWE LANE, LAKEWOOD VILLAGE, TX 75068 Your proposal must be firm for a period of (120) days from the date of receipt by LEISD.
