Floor & Carpet, Material and Supplies Sharyland Independent School District is accepting proposals for Floor & Carpet, Material and Supplies on an as-needed basis District-wide. This is a Catalog/Discount Bid with indefinite quantities. Proposers shall provide pricing based on a discount from the most current manufacturer's price list or catalog, or proposer's fixed price list, or a combination of both with indefinite quantities. Multiple percentage discount structures will also be accepted. Please specify in the Supplier Notes area of the Line Items where different percentage discounts apply. The term of this proposal shall be for a one (1) year agreement, with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms at the discretion of Sharyland ISD.
