Renovation of a municipal facility in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of December 10, 2024,this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 18, 2024. Bids for an upgrade and replacement of the camera system located at the Lawrence County Courthouse, 1100 State Street, Lawrenceville, Il will be received by the Lawrence County Board at its office located in the courthouse. The Lawrence County Board retains the right to reject any or all of the bids on any basis without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the Lawrence County Board. The successful bidder will be required to satisfy all of the requirements set forth in the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01 et. Seq.) including but not limited to keeping a record of the name, occupation, and actual hourly wages paid to each employee. A certified transcript of payroll will be required with each progress payment and or upon completion. The contractor shall also supply a certified transcript of payroll for any subcontractors involved.
