Design / Build services for the construction of a grader shed facility located on County lands near Coronation, Alberta. Paintearth County is currently accepting proposals for design/build services relative to the construction of a Grader Shed facility near Coronation, Alberta. The Project will generally consist of: Excavation and backfilling for foundation work of grader shop Approximately 7,200 sq feet of heated shop space based on general dimensions listed below Supply and install 120ft x 60ft building on either pilings, or foundation wall. The contractor shall provide the stamped design drawings of building to the County for review and acceptance by the County Supply and install all the interior and exterior material of the proposed building structure as per the design drawings by contractor 2 -3ft x 7ft walk in doors no windows, 5 bay doors 16ft high 18ft wide with 2 see through panels per bay door Supply and install all electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment as per design drawings by contractor 1 year warranty Washroom (1) Mechanical Room Sump and Septic Tank Clean the construction site as per requirements of the County Commission the new grader shop in usable condition for the County Completion date of September 30, 2025
