Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Work shall be as described in the Contract Documents. Work will include: -Removal of all loose deteriorated paint and application of new anti-graffiti coating. -Repointing of brick masonry joints. - Repointing of existing limestone panel joints to match existing color. - Repairing of existing granite panels with specified matching mortar. - Repairing of cracks in existing granite panels. - Replacement of window and door sealant. Scraping, prep and painting all exposed existing steel lintels. - Removal and reinstallation of existing window guards with new anchors. Repairing of jams when applicable. - Patching Bulkhead wall around windows to match existing, and repair exterior stucco finish. - Painting the entirety of the Bulkhead walls to match existing color. - Replacement of Bulkhead window flashing. - Repairing the plaster finish in the interior of the Bulkhead and paint entire wall.
