Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to City of Lincoln in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The attention of the Bidder is directed to the applicable federal and state requirements and conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under this Contract. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203, The City of Lincoln encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
