Project involves site preparation and construction of concrete foundations, transformer containment pads, a control building, access gates, and a precast perimeter wall. The contractor is responsible for all excavation, grading, material installation, and site restoration in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George. 100% payment and performance bonds will be required on this project.
