Troutman Building Window Replacement - Basement Level Mitchell Community College is seeking proposals for materials and labor to install new Operating Windows and Window Blinds. Existing windows and blinds will need to be removed and disposed of appropriately. The windows and blinds will be located on the Basement Level floor of the Continuing Education - Joe H. Troutman Building. All windows on this floor will need to be replaced. Blinds will also need to be replaced as needed for each window with an existing blind.
