The successful Contractor shall provide and deliver decorative streetlights, streetlight pole luminaire arms, coupling kits and Gardco PureForm P26 LED luminaires that will be used to replace damaged existing fixtures on an as-needed basis, located within the defined West 192 Redevelopment Area in Kissimmee, Florida. It shall be the Bidder's responsibility to advise the Procurement Services Office, at the address noted above, if any language, requirements, etc., or any combination thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this Invitation to Bid to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Procurement Services Office not later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Pre-Bid Conference: There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Term of Agreement: An agreement may be awarded for a three (3) year term to begin upon approval and execution by the County; with the opportunity for additional one (1) or two (2) year renewal periods when in the best interest of the County.
