Renovation of a portion of the fist floor in Bielfeldt Athletic Administration Building (BAAB) and Academic areas in north end of Memorial Stadium (FICE).The renovation includes new open office spaces, lounge, meeting rooms and remodeling existing locker rooms. Work includes selective demolition, construction of new partitions, ceilings and finishes as required, salvage and reinstall existing plumbing fixture as indicated. Renovation of existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection systems as required for operations of the proposed program. This project includes a Project Labor Agreement that will be executed between the lowest responsible/responsive bidder and the East Central Illinois Building and Construction Trades Council.
