Renovation of an educational facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,150-square-foot educational facility.
** As of 1/22/2025 project has been awarded to Olsson Roofing Company but no awarded amount of available.** The scope of work includes tear-off of roughly one-fourth of the approximately 2,150 squares of existing roofing systems including non-ballasted EPDM and standing seam roofs. All work will require a two-year contractor warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties for specified materials. Please check-in at the Security Check-in Desk located at the North Entrance of the school. All Requests for Information are due by Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 at NOON to C.E. All as Specified and Detailed: Removal of the existing roofing systems on all Phase III roofs in preparation for replacement with new KEE roofing system, sheet metal copings, and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disconnects and reconnects.
