Description: 3 Community/Wellness Centers A new Wellness Center of approximately 55,000 SF which generally includes: a. 2-3 Station gymnasium with walking track above b. Natatorium with pools, spa, and outdoor splash pad c. Locker Rooms d. Fitness and Studio Areas e. Community Spaces f. Wellness / Clinic Space g. Administrative and Support areas 2. New Clinic/Wellness Center approximately 20,000 SF 3. Addition/Remodel Kego Lake Center with a half court gym approximately 5,400 SF 4. Site and utility work associated with the new construction; 5. The owner will be responsible for FF&E Scope of Work - Pre Construction. The scope of work for CM shall be stated in the contract documents, but at a minimum the selected CM will be expected to begin preconstruction services on the project immediately and will be working very closely with the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe ("Owner") and the Owner's architects and engineers, and the Owner's Representative. The Pre-Construction services shall consist of: a.
