Contract No.: D8.D2.SBE.14328 WBS Element No.: TBD Cut and Shove Crew for removal of storm related debris in Hoke, Lee, Moore, Richmond and Scotland Counties. The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above-mentioned project located in Division 8. The Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, personnel, and equipment. The method of payment will be by purchase order contract. Only contractors currently certified as a SBE Contractor by the Contractual Services Unit of NCDOT and is listed in the Directory of Transportation Firms at bid opening will be eligible to bid on this project. Per G.S. 136-28.10, a North Carolina General Contractors license may be waived for SBE contracts. For this project, the North Carolina General Contractors license will be waived. Per G.S. 136-28.10, contract payment and performance bonds may be waived. For this project, the contract payment and performance bonds will be waived.
