The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Utility, Paver, Excavation, Civil and Landscaper construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. The Repair Sewer System at BCA Project shall include all furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the excavation, storm sewer, grading, restoration, and appurtenant works as shown on the Plans and specified herein. 2. The Base Bid includes all work shown in the plans excluding Sheets 6 and 7. 3. Alternate 1 shall include furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the removal and replacement of the storm sewer, bituminous pavement, curb, and additional work shown on Sheets 5 and 6 of the plans.
