Renovation of an educational facility in Holland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Victoria Waleszczak at victoria@youngandwright.com and Marissa Hayden at mhayden@youngandwright.com with the email subject Holland CSD COP 2024-2025 at least seven days prior to the bid opening. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held by request only Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. 11/25/24 Board of Education Meeting & Approval 11/26/24 Bid Award and Notice to Proceed 6/1/25 Substantial Completion 6/30/25 Project Completion
