Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, labor, quality assurance, and supervision required to install two (2) station service entrance electrical poles and associated components to serve newly installed Station Switchgear. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center 1201 E. 9th St. Bonham, TX 75418 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 11/25/2024 - 1/24/2025 Referencing the Bonham Service entrance attachment, the Oncor portion is limited to work identified within the two clouded areas and limited to the two circles within the clouded area indicating poles to be set by Oncor and guy wire locations. Point of Common Coupling (POCC) is the demarcation where Oncor responsibility ends and SRMVC begins. All work needed in the Oncor grid to support the SRMVC are the responsibility of Oncor. The Department of Veterans Affairs have no specification authority over the Oncor grid outside of the agreed POCC site. Two additional Oncor delivery points are to be fully constructed with a 50 feet separation on SRMVC property. The intent is to make ready for a second VA construction project being developed. Due to the SRMVC being an active facility, it is required that the existing switchgear continue to operate to support the facility in parallel with the new POCC for an indefinite time. It is understood that there will be four metering points maintained until the future SRMVC electrical project is completed at which time the existing POCC's shall be demolished.
