Reference Number 0000280651 The Town of Minnedosa is seeking the services of a qualified and professional Proponent to provide all required work to load, haul and dump approximately 3,750 cubic yards of black dirt and clay located on the grounds of the Minnedosa Regional Events Centre (MREC). The successful Proponent shall carry commercial liability insurance, structured on a "per occurrence" basis and motor vehicle liability, in the amount of no less than $5,000,000.00 to cover any possible claim(s) for bodily injury, death or damage to property including loss of use thereof, by third parties due to this operation. The Town of Minnedosa shall be named as additionally insured on the policy. This policy must not contain limitation, exclusion or restriction that would otherwise limit coverage for loss caused by failure to perform. Prior to commencing work, the Proponent shall provide the Contact Person with proof of this insurance. This insurance shall be continued in force for the duration of the contract.
