The project includes cold planing, plantmix bituminous surface, UTACS, pedestrian protection device installation, curb and gutter reconstruction, sidewalk, sidewalk reconstruction/widening, sidewalk ramps, median reconstruction, bus turnouts, street lights and Smart Poles, LED landscape lighting conversion, landscaping/irrigation modifications, traffic signal modifications at 3 intersections, utility adjustments, storm sewer facilities, pavement markings, signing, power and communication system installation and connection to new Smart Poles. The work also includes a installation of a new waterline for the entire project length along Las Vegas Boulevard to replace an existing waterline for the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
